I wouldn't even object if Yates decided to insert a scene where the house elves did a musical number as long as I don't have to watch endless scenes of Ron whining, Hermione nagging, and Harry angsting in a tent. LOL. I didn't mind those scenes as much in the book, but I think in the movie they'd get annoying. Plus, I'd really like to see Hogwarts during the war. I think that something got lost when we didn't see any of it in the book - that is, until the final chapters. If there's Remus and Tonks, I just hope they're not a puddle of angst like they were in the books. I think Clemence Posey is coming back though, so we may not get a Remus/Tonks wedding after all. That's interesting about Hermione's mother being cast. Perhaps we'll get a flashback?

Actually, someone posted a theory to Mugglecast that she's actually been cast as the adult Hermione for DH. Interesting, no?

I find it hard to believe that the final scene in DH will not be with the people who've been playing their respective roles for years.

The newest is out. It's over two minutes and there's some new footage.
I'd like someone to smack Hermione with a book or two, let's see how she likes it.

For some reason, I can't post a link to the trailer on YouTube or on E! so I just removed it. But the trailer is out there!
Draco looks like a well-dressed undertaker in his all black designer duds.

Movie H/G! Finally! *drops dead*
Seems like the films are finally being kinder to Ron by having Lavender leap on him, rather than him seek her out.
Okay, Hermione? Thwapping Ron with your textbooks is NOT the way to win his heart.
The trailer is verrrrrrrry shiny!

We now have confirmation that we will see Dan, Rupert and Emma at the end of DH: Part II, they're looking at the technology which was used in Benjamin Button. ArticleGood news!

I'm glad they are using the same actors for the epilogue as for the film. Perhaps the rumor that someone has been hired to play Hermione's mother means we will have the actual scene where Hermione takes her memmory. Or perhaps we will have a scene where Hermione is reunited with her parents.
I think either would be cinematic and interesting, though the first would be painful.
It's an interesting thought that they will show us things that are just discussed or assumed in the books.

Wow, Teddy looks amazing, I approve! As for Young Sirius... eh. I guess I was hoping for a young aristocrat with black hair but they have to think of Gary Oldman. *sigh*

Teddy looks great! Me like!
Sirius is pretty good, like starea I was thinking more of an upper class looking kid. Where is he appearing? I'm guessing in Snape's memories
Dobby is in this move. I think JKR told them they had to have him. I wish Dobby was the other movies, but can't have everyrthing.
House elf musical number?

*sees "Puttin' on the Ritz" ala Young Frankenstein, but with House Elves* I so hope they have more than just Kreachur. I love the House Elves and think they really missed a huge wonderful ton-of-possibilities by leaving them out and minimizing their parts in the storyline. There is the one second-long shot at the beginning of The World Cup in GoF, otherwise its HE free..... (and, while we are at it, Kreachur doesn't look anything like what I thought he should.) *hands out S.P.E.W. buttons* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yeah, I, too, think of Sirius as very good-looking and black-haired, rather than rough-and-tumble,even as a kid. (I wanted Oded Fehr to be the adult Sirius and thought Oldman should have been Macnair - but the casting people never listen to me....*sigh*) And, yes, it will be on the train and such in Snape's memories. I really like Teddy though! He's got great eyes! I hope they CGI his hair to have bits of turquoise or yellow ripple though it while he talks and such. . .

OK MWPP that has me cracking up and high squeaky house elf voices (think the mice in cinderella) singing puttin on the ritz!
I hope they have more house elves too, esp Kreacher. I like house elves too and missed them in the movies. I like Kreacher too, in TDH after I heard his story I felt so bad for him. Then after Harry gave him the locket, he was so happy and cheerful and the way he rallied the house elf.
*Takes SPEW badge from MWPP* Add house elves to TDH!
