A spacey issue/changing your display name

Hi all.

For a while, I have been trying to figure out why one person has not been able to register. The problem appears to be, in fact, that she wanted spaces in her registration name.

Because I was automatically registered as "Admin", I did not realize this wasn't an option. You unfortunately have to register without spaces in your name.

However, you are allowed to change your display name - and add spaces.

You have to go to your profile, and click on "modify profile." After you have done that, you will be sent to a page where you can change various things - your email address, your password... and your display name. You can make your display name anything you want.

I hope that clears up any problems anybody has had!

Yes! I was able to capitalize the first letter in my display name.

Along those lines, I had to register as a completely different name than I usually use due to the Board not allowing apostrophes. [Most Boards can be "hand-set" to allow for these punctuational and spacial situations, but the Admin needs to have access to the coding to do it, and be comfortable with doing it.]

You can always change your display name.
